• Telephone number and/or Skype ID

These personal data are collected and stored for the following purposes:

• We use names and email addresses to share digital give-aways and online test results
• We use names and email addresses to send tips & tricks, and news about our products and services.
• When you fill in the contact form, we need your name, email address and telephone number to be able to respond to your request.
• We use names and email and physical addresses to be able to invoice you when you buy a product or service.

By providing these data you authorise VVF to use them for the purposes described above. Moreover, several of these data are necessary to follow up on an agreement that requires certain services to be delivered to you. In other words, we process these data on the basis of Article 6 Par. 1a and 1b of the GDPR.

Personal data are stored on the servers of email provider Autorespond, a fully Dutch company. Autorespond is GDPR-compliant.

We also share data that we have acquired by website users having downloaded a free-of-charge document from our website with Facebook, so that we can develop targeted Facebook ads. If you would like to know what personal data we process please let us know in writing so that we can send you a copy of your data. Should the data processed by us be in any way inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, please inform us in writing so that we can make the necessary changes.

In addition, you have the right to get your data deleted; to limit the usage of your data; and to object to the use of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to data portability; this means that you have the right to get your personal data from an organisation in a way that is accessible and machine-readable, for example as a csv file.
